LEGITIMO is a locally based (Pinoso), family-run cleaning business, that is fully licensed to operate in Spain, and that has been serving the local community, and further afield, since 2021. The business has grown steadily, mostly through word of mouth in the early days, due to the exceptional service and results that Chris and, now alongside him, his son Riley offer.
No job is too big or too small. Satisfaction is always guaranteed, and LEGITIMO will never leave a job until their client is happy with the results. If for any reason a client is not happy after the team has left, then LEGITIMO will, if informed within 4 hours, commit to redo the specified area free of charge on their next visit.
LEGITIMO works with businesses as well as domestic clients, and is always happy to discuss an on-going schedule of cleans and free, no obligation, quotes with either.
For all cleaning, the environmentally friendly, super-efficient ‘Water Fed Pole’ system, using contaminant-free water provided by LEGITIMO is used. More information on this system can be found by clicking the button below.

Chris - The old man, the ‘Gaffer’ and a much-loved husband, father and grandfather. Chris moved to Spain in the late 1990’s with the goal of finding and providing a service to a like-minded community. Hard worker and truth talker, he’s never late.
Pinoso is an incredible and unique place, and it quickly became home to Chris and his family. After settling in, Chris was keen to find a service to offer where there was a gap that needed filling.
Window cleaning fits the bill, but Chris didn’t want to just offer ‘any old service’ and decided to look into the best that could be provided, and so invested in the ‘Water Fed Pole’ system that looks to provide a long lasting, environmentally friendly, crystal clear clean.
And all those who know the man, both personally and professionally, know that he always goes above and beyond to help everyone and anyone who needs it, and that includes the LEGITIMO business. Chris comes with nothing but glowing references for a reason.
LEGITIMO continues to operate successfully, and grows steadily under Chris’s management.

Riley - The youngest of the four Walker boys, Riley came to Spain with his mum and dad back when he was still quite young. But he settled in very well and speaks Spanish like a native!
All grown up now, Riley joined LEGITIMO in 2024, and is now driving his own company van. He’s in the gym more often than not, and practices Muay Thai in his down time. He doesn’t really say much but is a reliable, hard worker like his dad, going above and beyond to ensure that the jobs he goes on are completed to the client’s satisfaction and cuts no corners (especially those pesky window ones!).
He loves his music and you’ll usually see him listening to something while he’s working on the outside windows.
Everyone who knows Riley speaks extremely highly of him, he’s got a good head on his shoulders for someone so young, and it’s a joy for Chris to be working with him as part of the LEGITIMO team.
I highly recommend Chris and his son for cleaning your windows and shutters. They are very precise in their work, are always friendly and nothing is too much for them. I can say with certainty that I always have a smile on my face when my windows are clean again.
